Description
I am seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) with expertise in finishing work to oversee the construction of my house. This is a project-based role that requires dedication and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction with a strong focus on finishing work, including plaster, flooring, painting, false ceilings, and other interior and exterior finishing aspects.
• Skills:
• Comprehensive understanding of construction drawings and modern finishing techniques.
• Ability to supervise on-site teams and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance with DHA by-laws.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site to meet high-quality standards.
• Ensure work aligns with project specifications, timelines, and architectural requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and suppliers for efficient execution.
• Assist in material selection and procurement to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Inspect and ensure proper installation of finishing materials.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and orderliness at the worksite.
Role Details:
This is a project-based position for the construction of my house. While it is not a full-time role, the project requires dedicated commitment and hands-on supervision.
