Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage customer inquiries received via email, WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram with professionalism and a prompt response time.
2-Address and resolve customer concerns regarding products and services.
3-Handle dispute resolution, including payment issues and negative feedback through email responses.
4-Maintain a positive brand image by delivering clear, courteous, and solution-oriented email interactions.
5-Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex email inquiries efficiently.
6-Order Confirmation on Shopify (Resolve Address Issues & Other Shipping Concerned Issues)
7-Process Courier Returns
8-Order Fulfilment on Shopify
1 Year Minimum Experience Required in E-commerce & Shopify
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
Salary: Starting PKR 30,000/-
Timing: 11 Am to 9 Pm
