Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator to manage follow-ups on shipping, ensuring seamless communication between customers, delivery drivers, and sales staff. The role will require a balance of customer service, logistics coordination, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Shipping Follow-Up and Customer Coordination: Order Tracking: Monitor ongoing deliveries and address communication gaps between customers and drivers. Customer Interaction: Contact customers to confirm delivery preferences (time, location) and address concerns or rescheduling requests. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact to resolve delivery issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Communication with Sales Team: Collaborate with sales staff to understand specific customer needs, delivery preferences, and any additional requirements. Provide feedback from customers to sales staff for continuous service improvement. Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery schedules. 3. Driver Coordination: Communicate any special customer requests or changes to the delivery drivers promptly. Ensure drivers understand the importance of smooth and timely deliveries. 4. Reporting and Feedback: Prepare daily or weekly reports on delivery success rates, customer concerns, and resolution times. Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the process. Requirements: Skills: Exceptional Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, sales staff, and drivers in a professional and polite manner. Customer Service: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple deliveries and customer concerns simultaneously. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Excel , delivery management apps, and order-tracking Status. Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or sales coordination is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
