Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage petrol pump operations during the assigned shift.
• Monitor fuel dispensing, cashier activities, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase fuel and product sales.
• Train and manage staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory records for fuel, lubricants, and other retail products.
• Generate daily sales reports and manage cash handling processes.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc), Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in retail, fuel sales, or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Sales and marketing experience in a retail or fuel station setting.
Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
