***Important: We need a Person who is familiar with solar industry, who has proven experience of installation, maintainence, and troubleshooting of solar inverters (Hybrid/grid-tied inversters). The person should know about the machanism and functionalities of solar interverts. The person Should have 1-3 or above years of experience with strong knowledge and practical skills. ***
Overview
Our growing organization seeks a skilled Professional to lead our service team. You'll diagnose and repair hybrid/grid-tied inverters while overseeing the establishment and operations of service centers across Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair & maintain hybrid/grid-tied inverters.
· Provide remote commissioning support, and guide users through setup and troubleshooting via online platforms.
· Lead Service Technician team, providing guidance & support to meet service goals.
· Establish service centers all over Pakistan & oversee operations for smooth workflow, manage parts inventory for prompt repairs.
Requirements
· Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair hybrid/grid-tied inverters.
· Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
· Bachelor's Degree in electrical/ electronics (preferred) and inverter certifications (a plus).
