Job Description:
As our SEO Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Your goal will be to improve our website’s visibility on major search engines, drive high-quality traffic, and boost conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and keeps up-to-date with SEO trends and Google Algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and develop SEO strategies.
• Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and implement optimizations.
• Optimize on-page elements such as Meta tags, headers, URLs, and images for targeted keywords.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic trends, and rankings, providing regular reports.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve website authority.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Manage and optimize local SEO for location-based searches (if applicable).
• Perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance analysis and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of WordPress as they relate to SEO.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• [Optional] Experience in content marketing, PPC, or social media marketing is a plus.
