Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO & Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Email Marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for optimizing our digital presence through effective email campaigns, technical SEO, and content strategies, working closely with our content and marketing teams to meet growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page and off-page optimization.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for maximum reach and engagement.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Email Marketing Campaigns
Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage existing users and attract new customers.
Create segmented email lists, set up automation workflows, and manage email deliverability.
Monitor, test, and analyze campaign performance, using A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize email effectiveness.
Collaborate with the content team to develop relevant and engaging email content that aligns with brand messaging.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of SEO and email marketing campaigns.
Provide regular performance reports with insights, progress, and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and email marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with content creators, designers, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital channels.
Support marketing initiatives with SEO insights and email strategy to maximize reach and conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in SEO, email marketing, or digital marketing.
Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. ) and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
