Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative at Pro Truckin' Solutions, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with truck drivers and trucking companies, and promoting our dispatching services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients in the trucking industry.
• Identify and engage with owner-operators, small fleet owners, and logistics companies to promote our dispatch services.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of our dispatch solutions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of truck dispatching and logistics services is a plus.
• Basic understanding of CRM software for managing leads and sales.
