We’re Hiring: Senior Dispatch Manager
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Shift: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 50,000 to PKR 250,000 (Based on performance and interview results)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Dispatch Manager to lead our dispatch team and ensure seamless logistics operations across the U. S. In this leadership role, you will oversee dispatch processes, manage driver coordination, and play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of dispatchers, promoting productivity and engagement.
• Operational Oversight: Develop and execute dispatch strategies for efficient load management.
• Driver Coordination: Ensure smooth communication with drivers and provide support to address operational challenges.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about shipment statuses.
• Freight Negotiation: Secure profitable loads and negotiate competitive rates with brokers.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze dispatch metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any disruptions in the supply chain.
