A reputable security services company is seeking a professional Manager for its Lahore office to oversee operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with experience in operations or security
• Minimum experience 3-5 years in a managerial role, ideally within the security, logistics or related industries
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer usage (MS Office, etc. )
• Punctual, responsible, and dependable
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively
Job Description:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Manage and lead the office team to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure timely reporting and effective communication with senior management
• Maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
