Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
2. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
3. Arrange travel plans, hotel bookings, and itinerary management.
4. Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
5. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive company information.
6. Assist in organizing business events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
7. Perform other administrative and executive support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2.1-2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, well dressed.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
6. Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
