Job Description: As a Salesman at CLOUD STREET, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, recommending products based on customer needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the vaping industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, provide knowledgeable assistance, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest vape products, industry trends, and regulations to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Sales & Upselling: Actively engage customers to meet or exceed sales goals, suggest related products to enhance the customer experience, and encourage repeat business.
Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, ensure products are properly displayed, and report low inventory levels to management.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the store is compliant with all relevant vaping laws and age restrictions, and educate customers on safe usage.
Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Assist with product displays and store layouts.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve store goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or the vaping industry. Experience with customer service and product knowledge is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex product details in an easy-to-understand manner.
Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building relationships with customers.
Sales-Driven: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of Vaping Products: A strong interest or experience in vaping products, devices, e-liquids, and accessories is highly preferred.
Compliance Awareness: Understanding of the legal requirements surrounding the sale of vaping products and the ability to enforce age restrictions and safety protocols.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive and energetic store environment.
Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
