• Generate and manage leads to acquire new customers for general insurance products, including health, motor, home, and travel insurance.
• Explain the features and benefits of different insurance products to potential clients and help them select suitable policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with individual clients, corporate clients, and agents.
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients and promote additional services such as renewals and add-on covers.
• Handle inquiries regarding policy terms, coverage, premiums, and claims processes.
• Collaborate with underwriters to ensure customer eligibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure timely premium payments and policy renewals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in insurance regulations.
• Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports to the sales manager and provide feedback from the market to enhance product offerings.
