Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive approach to managing our sales operations and leading our sales team to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure maximum efficiency and sales target achievement.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide training and support to sales staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce (B. Com/M. Com).
At least 2 years of experience in a sales supervisory role within the beverage industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Having good relations in market.
