Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients through face-to-face meetings, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide clients with accurate information about products/services and address any inquiries.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain sales records and update CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region (if required).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
