Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Interact with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build strong, positive relationships.
Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively identify customer needs and recommend products or services that meet their requirements. Generate and qualify leads, converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings to confidently answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information about features, benefits, and pricing.
Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, handle order follow-ups, and ensure smooth transactions from initial contact to delivery.
Customer Support: Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting: Track and document interactions with customers, record sales, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align on sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
