We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. Job Description: Responsibilities: • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients in the trucking and logistics industry through research, networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and offering excellent customer service. • Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our dispatching services. • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable insights to the company. • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. • Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. • Education: At least FA or FSC
