Job Description for Sale Representative
Scope:
This position is created to assist Team Leader Sales, mainly in sales and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Team Leader in implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
Help manage and track sales leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Act as a point of contact for customers to address their inquiries and requirements.
Collect and relay customer feedback to the Team Leader and relevant departments.
Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Track customer interactions and follow up on leads or inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.

Open to both fresh graduates and those with experience, this role assists the Team Leader Sales with
sales tasks and customer needs. Responsibilities include supporting sales efforts and handling customer
inquiries.
