Location: Onsite (Lahore)
Shift Timings:
• UK Time: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• USA Time: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our call center team based in Lahore. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Understand and identify customer needs to present suitable product/service offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Handle objections effectively to close sales.
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts and techniques.
• Follow up with leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a call center setting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales Abilities: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work during UK and USA time zones.
• Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
