**Job Description**:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions from our range of services (electric fences, solar systems, CCTV cameras).
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and meet company goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with products like electric fences, solar systems, or CCTV cameras is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
