Job Title: Sales Representative – Telemarketing (Female)
Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Female Sales Representative for our telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to potential clients over the phone, providing detailed information about our real estate projects, and converting leads into sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects.
Provide detailed and accurate information regarding project features, benefits, and pricing.
Build and maintain relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to close sales.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in telemarketing or sales (real estate industry is a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Proficiency in Urdu and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining client records and using CRM tools.
