Description
Job Title: Customer Telesales Representative
We are looking for energetic Customer Telesales Representatives to drive sales through phone interactions.
Responsibilities:
• Handle 100+ calls per day to engage customers and close deals.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
• Maintain clear and fluent communication in English (test will be conducted).
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (test will be conducted).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Previous telesales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Perks:
• 8-hour shift with a 25-minute break.
• Weekly and daily performance bonuses.
• Saturdays and Sundays off.
Timings:
Shift Timings : 3 PM to 11 PM
Location:
Walk-in Interviews from 8 PM to 10 PM

Salary:
• 35k basic + bonuses + commissions
• Earn up to 100k based on performance!
