Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Relationship Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our banking products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote Islamic banking products and services to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in Islamic finance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
