We are looking for an experienced Sales Processor to join our team for a UK mobility call center. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales processing, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for mobility products
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved promptly
Maintain customer records and sales reports
Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are met
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales processing, preferably in a call center environment
Strong understanding of sales systems and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
