Keptua, a Retail Shopping Store is looking for energetic and passionate Retail Development Associates to join our team and help us expand our business through prominent sales.
The applicant selected for this opening will be tasked with selling company's products. He/ She will be responsible for ensuring excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the selected applicant will be responsible for performing following duties:
Responsibilities:
Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identify potential clients by evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Direct contact, appointment, meetings and follow-up.
Attend sales events to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Identify product improvements and keep a track of current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
“Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc. )
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
Research competitors, their process of business development, and market share to assemble information for future plans.
Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
Work on monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
Ensure legal and ethical requirements for sale activities.
Frequent travel to meet potential clients (males).
Job specifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with different sales techniques
Self-motivated and driven
Pay & Perks:
Basic Pay + Commission.

Postpaid Mobile connection (if applicable)
A healthy & glass door open working environment.
The candidate should have their own conveyance, as this involves fieldwork.
