Job Description: Sales Medical Representative
As a Sales Medical Representative, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and healthcare professionals. Your main responsibility is to promote and sell neutraceutical products, educate customers on their benefits, and ensure they are effectively marketed to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Promotion and Education:
Present and explain the features, benefits, and usage of nutraceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Organize and conduct product demonstrations or seminars to showcase the effectiveness of products.
2. Sales and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Understand client needs and recommend products that meet their requirements.
Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
Identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Provide feedback to the company about customer needs and market trends.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales goals within the assigned territory.
5. Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
Maintain records of sales calls, customer interactions, and progress in achieving targets.
Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to management.
6. Compliance and Knowledge:
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Stay updated on neutraceutical advancements, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in the neutraceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
