Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern
Location: Karachi Gliding Club, Karachi, Pakistan
Duration: 2 months (with potential for part-time or full-time position)
Compensation: Monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000 plus 2% to 5% commission on closed deals

Position Overview:

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Karachi Gliding Club. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of adventure sports and leisure marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Connect with existing & potential clients through phone calls and WhatsApp to schedule meetings, present our offerings, and close deals.
2. Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, whatsapp & our social channels & guide the customers accordingly - keep a tight followup to ensure their queries are resolved timely.
3. Content Production: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content that keeps our audience emotionally connected and informed about our adventures and events.
4. Networking: Participate in business networking events hosted by Karachi Gliding Club to build valuable connections within the adventure and leisure industry.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and a passion for marketing and sales.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn with a get-things-done attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for adventure and outdoor activities is a plus.
