Pink Herb’s is a leading e-commerce brand dedicated to providing top-quality beauty products and services to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing E-commerce/ office manager (Female) to join our team and help expand our online presence and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage e-commerce platforms (Facebook Instagram,daraz etc. ) and optimize product listings.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective engagement strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to enhance branding and promotional efforts.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketing. (Preferred but not necessary)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
