Position: Sales Manager

We are urgently hiring a Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
