Position: Sales Manager / Team Lead – Truck Dispatch Company
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Shift Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: Starting from PKR 50,000 to PKR 150,000 (based on experience and performance) + high commission structure
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Team Lead to oversee and drive our sales team in the truck dispatch industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid track record in sales, and is ready to lead a team to achieve ambitious goals. As the Sales Manager / Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring our team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performance culture.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue within the truck dispatch sector.
• Target Achievement: Set individual and team targets, and track progress to ensure goals are consistently met.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trucking and logistics industry, including owner-operators, fleet owners, and brokers.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and oversee key client accounts to secure profitable agreements.
• Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to help refine and improve sales strategies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor team performance, sales metrics, and pipeline progress, preparing regular reports for upper management.

Requirements
• Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve goals.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with U. S. -based clients.
• Client-Centric Approach: High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills for closing sales and managing contracts effectively.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work a night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
