**Business Sales Development Manager – (Female) P2P Binance Crypto Exchange**
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Sales Development Manager to drive growth in P2P Binance Cryptocurrency Dollar Exchange This role involves expanding the user base, acquiring traders, forming partnerships, and ensuring smooth P2P transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, business development, and crypto trading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase trading volume on the Binance P2P platform.
Identify and onboard high-volume traders, merchants, and businesses
Build partnerships with banks, fintech firms, and payment service providers to improve fiat-to-crypto transactions.
Promote the platform through marketing campaigns, social media, and community engagement.
-Ensure smooth and secure transactions assisting with dispute resolution and fraud prevention.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior too optimize platform offerings.
Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree But preferred to in Business, Finance, Marketing, or social media related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of **Binance P2P, cryptocurrency trading, and blockchain technology
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing traders, market makers, and institutional clients.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Knowledge of crypto regulations, AML, and KYC compliance is a plus.
Experience with other crypto exchanges Binance (KuCoin, Huobi, OKX, etc. )is an advantage.
