Job Overview:
The Sales Manager Sales will drive growth in the solar energy sector by overseeing both wholesale and institutional accounts. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships with key partners, and expanding the company’s market reach through large-scale and bulk sales channels.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-4+ years of experience in sales within the renewable energy, power generation, or technology sectors, with at least 2 years in the solar industry.
-Proven track record of managing high-volume sales, especially within the B2B, B2G, or wholesale sectors.
-Deep understanding of Pakistan’s energy market, including local policies, regulations, and incentives for solar energy.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Willingness to travel across Pakistan as needed to meet clients and conduct on-site assessments.
