Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sale of advertising space on utility bills and pamphlet attachments for societies in prime residential and commercial areas.
Societies adjacent to Pine Avenue, College Road, Defence Road, and Raiwind Road (including but not limited to Valencia, Eden Lane Villas, Eden Abad, NESPAK, Engineers Town, Audit & Accounts, Military Accounts, Zaheer Villas, Gul-e-Damin, Royal Residencia, Nasheman-e-Iqbal, TIP, and UET).
The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential advertisers (local businesses, brands, retailers, etc. ) interested in promoting their services through utility bill advertising and pamphlet attachments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Present advertising proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, advertising, or B2B marketing, preferably in media, print, or outdoor advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with the local market and businesses in the targeted societies is a plus.
• Own conveyance is preferred for client meetings.
