Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our dynamic team in the packaging industry. The role involves promoting and selling a diverse range of packaging products to clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as food, beverage, manufacturing, and retail.
Promote and sell packaging products, including boxes, wraps, containers, and customized solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Provide after-sales support and address client concerns effectively.
Understand market trends and customer needs to offer competitive and tailored solutions.
Identify new market opportunities and share insights with the team.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report on sales performance and progress.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel for client visits and fieldwork.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Timing: 9:30 AM-6 PM.
