Job Title: Sales Representative (Cold Calling - Outbound)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients mostly truck drivers/operators introducing them with our services. This position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided leads.
-Introducing and promoting our services (Truck Dispatching).
-Overcome objections and handle rejections.
-Schedule follow-ups or appointments
-Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (preferred).
-Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills (English).
-Resilience and adaptability to handle challenges and rejections.
