Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Karachi office. The Sales Executive will work directly under the supervision of the VP Sales and Marketing to drive business growth by generating leads, presenting sales material, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, and the ability to effectively promote our medical tourism services to potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients interested in seeking medical treatments abroad, particularly in Turkey. Collect and manage leads through various channels such as digital marketing campaigns, social media, events, referrals, and partnerships with local healthcare providers. Develop and maintain a database of leads and potential clients for follow-up and outreach. Sales Presentations and Client Engagement: Present sales materials to potential clients, including brochures, service packages, and informational content about medical treatments available in Turkey. Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their healthcare needs and recommend suitable services. Communicate the benefits of choosing SORACA Medical Tourism, addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding medical procedures, travel logistics, and the overall process. Sales Conversion and Closing: Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed sales, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. Negotiate terms of service agreements and close sales by ensuring clients are fully aware of service details, costs, and timelines. Work closely with the VP Sales and Marketing to develop strategies for improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up. Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience and use insights to improve service offerings and customer support. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using a CRM system. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the VP Sales and Marketing to support the execution of sales and marketing strategies. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, lead status, and market feedback to the VP. Collaborate with other team members to support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
