*Sales Representatives for ASHTech Pakistan - Lahore & Karachi*

ASHTech, a leading IoT and Automation company, is expanding its sales team in Lahore and Karachi. We are looking for dynamic, results-oriented Sales Representatives to promote our innovative solutions and drive business growth.
*About ASHTech:*
ASHTech is a premier IoT and Automation company transforming businesses with cutting-edge smart solutions. Our IoT enabled smart Products and Solutions help companies improve operational efficiency and decision-making. We cater to both B2B and B2C clients.
*Position:* Sales Representative.
*Locations:* Lahore & Karachi.
*Contract Duration:* 3 months (with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance).
*Basic Salary:* PKR 45,000/month.
*Additional Benefits:*
1) Petrol allowance.
2) Mobile balance allowance.
3) 10% commission on total project/order value.
4) Permanent position after 3 months if targets are met.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*On-Site Sales Visits:* Conduct at least 3 visits daily, presenting ASHTech's solutions to new clients.
*Customized Solutions:* Work closely with the technical teams to create solutions based on client needs and expectations.
*Client Engagement:* Bring revenue-generating customers on board, generate sales from existing clients, and ensure their confidence through quality service.
*Relationship Building:* Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they remain on board through trust and continuous service.
*Revenue Growth:* Explore growth opportunities within the existing client base, and build new business relationships.
*Sales Targets:* Meet monthly sales targets as approved by management.
*Requirements:*
*Local Candidates:* Local cadidtates will be prefered.
*Education:* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or any relevant domain. Diploma holders are also welcomed. Preference for candidates with degrees in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or software engineering.
*Skills:* Relationship-building, interpersonal skills, negotiation, leadership, sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
*Work Hours:* 9 AM to 6 PM, Sunday off.
*Training:* A one-week training program to help you understand ASHTech’s products and sales strategies.
*Contract Details:* This is a 3-month contract with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
