Key Responsibilities:
* Contact new leads via telephone to introduce the company's products and services.
* Provide detailed information about our offerings and how they can benefit the client.
* Encourage potential clients to visit our office for a more personalized consultation.
* Maintain records of interactions with leads, including their questions and your responses.
* Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and update lead statuses.
* Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest immigration laws and services.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar client-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to persuasively convey the value of our services to potential clients.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in using CRM software and telephone systems.
* Previous experience in immigration consultancy, Real Estate or Insurance Industry would be an added advantage
