Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to businesses. The executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting software solutions, and closing deals. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of ERP software, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through market research, referrals, and social networks. • Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs and present software solutions that align with their requirements, by giving product demo. • Following up with leads and submitted quotations. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Negotiate and close deals with clients, including contracts and pricing. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals. • Maintain accurate sales records and reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline reports. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and product development. • Send company profiles to customer by mail & WhatsApp • Submitting invoices to customers • Preparing the list of clients contacted. • Preparing list of leads for sale • Preparing reports daily and update CRM • Preparing monthly sales reports and submitting to supervisor. • Following up for receivables from customers Plus Points • Make training and demo videos for existing and potential customers • Marketing in social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) • Design social media posts Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry. • Strong knowledge of ERP software and its functionalities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend conferences as needed. • Can design social media posts using Canva or any platform. • Accounts knowledge will be plus point Working Conditions: The Sales Executive typically works in an office environment, but may also work remotely. The position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet with clients or attend events. The role may also require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend conferences or trade shows. The Sales Executive may be required to meet sales quotas and targets, which can be stressful and require working under pressure.
