Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Director Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. With 4-5 years of relevant field experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the healthcare or medical equipment sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue, cultivating relationships with key healthcare professionals, and expanding our market presence in the DME space. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our range of DME products. Identify key prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into long-term clients. Target and establish new business opportunities within hospitals, rehabilitation centers, clinics, and home healthcare providers. Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, medical directors, procurement officers, and decision-makers. Offer personalized consultations to understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service. Product Knowledge & Consultative Selling: Gain and maintain deep knowledge of our DME product line, understanding the unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training to ensure customers are fully informed and confident in their purchase decisions. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals based on customer needs. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the company and the client. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address challenges. Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to deliver seamless customer experiences. Share best practices, insights, and strategies with peers to enhance team performance and achieve collective goals. Territory Management: Manage and grow a designated sales territory, effectively planning and prioritizing activities to maximize sales opportunities. Regularly travel to customer locations, conduct on-site visits, and attend industry events as required. Qualifications & Skills: 4-5 years of proven field sales experience, ideally within the DME, healthcare, or medical device industries. Strong sales record with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. In-depth knowledge of DME products, industry regulations, and healthcare practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively. Self-driven, highly motivated, and goal-oriented. Proficiency in CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks. Willingness to travel within assigned sales territory. Why Join Us?
