Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Regularly report on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in (PET FOODS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
