We are a UK-based travel company specializing in airline ticketing and flight reservations for both inbound and outbound travel worldwide. We are currently seeking experienced call center agents to join our team.
Position Overview:
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 to 100,000 per month (inclusive of commission)
Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Location: Only candidates based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad will be considered.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly airline ticketing or reservations, is a plus, but not required.
