Description
Join Shram Logistics! We are a USA-Canada-based freight brokerage looking for Freight Brokerage Agents to cold call and secure potential clients.
*Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)*
*Salary:* 20,000 - 45000 PKR
*Location*: Gulistan E Johar Block 7 Karachi.
*Working Hours:* 7PM-2AM
- 5 days a week
*Responsibilities:*
- Cold call potential clients to secure freight loads
- Identify and assess potential leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, aiming to make 200 dials a day.
- Conduct detailed research on target accounts and industries to customize outreach effectively.
- Stay updated on the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive follow-ups
*Requirements:*
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Sales or cold calling experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to understand and explain logistics services
- Organised with strong lead management skills
