Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized female Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in promoting industrial engineering products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating CRM records, and coordinating sales meetings.
2. Coordinate with customers to process orders, resolve queries, and provide product information.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
4. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2.1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
1. Experience in the industrial engineering or manufacturing industry.
2. Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and methodologies.
