Description
Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients in selecting the most suitable visa options (study, visit, etc. ).
Provide clear and accurate details about visa processes, documentation, and eligibility.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups and consultations.
Maintain thorough records of client interactions and track sales progress.
Promote services across various communication platforms.
Achieve monthly sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Respond to client inquiries and offer professional advice throughout the visa application process.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of applications and client documents.
Stay updated on visa regulations, especially for Canada, to offer current and accurate advice.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in immigration or a related.
