About Insta Chemicals:
Insta Chemicals is a new emerging manufacturer of high-quality chemical and hygiene products, including Soap, detergent, tissues, laundry products, toiletries, and more. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive our sales strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for chemical and hygiene products.
Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients (hospitals, offices, schools, etc. ).
Explore and secure new markets and distribution channels.
Manage and monitor sales performance metrics to meet company objectives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions and campaigns.
Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring profitability.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and agreements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role (preferably in the chemical or FMCG industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales software.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a sales team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
