Job Description:
A leading corporate travel agency is seeking a Sales Associate with a strong background in handling corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent email communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle corporate client inquiries and bookings via email with professionalism and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Prepare and send detailed travel proposals, itineraries, and quotes tailored to client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill travel requirements for corporate clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products and services.
Maintain accurate records of client communication and transactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a corporate-facing role in the travel industry or a similar field.
Skills: Strong email communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and email management tools.
Knowledge of travel management systems and IATA guidelines is a plus.
Based in Islamabad and available for in-person meetings if needed.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
