Description
Sale team expected to build customer relationships, and sells products or services to clients to achieve sales targets. They develop sales strategies, pitch products or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, and often involves meeting with clients in person.
Tasks and duties
Grow and nurture relationships with current and new clients.
Engage with other external stakeholders and service providers to promote the company's solutions and services.
Conduct face to face meetings and sales presentations.
Proactively follow-up active leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion rate.
Complete sales and marketing administrative tasks.
Prepare accurate documents including proposals, contracts, invoices and event orders.
Ensure sales targets are being met.
Maintain a Customer Relationship Management database.
