Description
We are looking for Experienced Travel Agents & Internees/Freshers for our New Company which is UK Based Travel Agency Located in Lahore.
Important Note: Please do not apply for this JOB if you can't speak in English.
Requirements:
. Command on Spoken English Language is must.
· Minimum Education is Inter.
· Experience in a Travel Agency is preferred.
· Timings: Only Afternoon shift.
. For Female: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. (Monday to Friday).
. On Saturday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. (Sunday is Off).
. For Male: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. (Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities:
1. Agents will be Responsible to Take Flight Inquiries of Clients over the Phone or E-mail, Finding the Best Possible Flight option for their travel with cheap prices, holding flights with the client's name, requesting for Issuing tickets, date changes, flight cancellations, and re-issuance will the responsibility of all the agents.
2. Collect Deposits and Balances.
3. Use follow up, Promotional Techniques and Prepare Promotional Materials to Sell Best and Client Suited Air-Tickets.
4. Handle Unforeseen Problems, Multitask Travel Queries on the Basis of Urgency and Complaints.
Salary : Fix Basic Salary 20,000 to 25,000 + Commission.
