Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team, specializing in cold calling. As a Sales Agent, you will play a key role in generating new business by reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and promoting our truck dispatching services. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers, introducing them to our truck dispatching services and generating interest in our offerings. Identify and qualify leads, understanding their specific needs and requirements to tailor your pitch accordingly. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, following up regularly to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel. Present the value of our services clearly and persuasively, addressing any objections or concerns that potential clients may have. Schedule meetings or appointments between qualified leads and our sales team for further discussion and negotiation. Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions with potential clients in our CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and strategies based on feedback and market trends. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth through effective cold calling techniques. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for sales and service improvements. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market conditions, and potential areas for business expansion. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, particularly in cold calling or telemarketing, is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects quickly. A self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve sales goals. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to manage leads and track progress. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent, maintaining a positive attitude and staying focused on achieving sales targets. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously. Familiarity with the logistics or transportation industry is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Note: This role is open to candidates from Rawalpindi and Islamabad only, as it is not a home-based position. Location: B140, Main Murree Road, Chandni Chowk, Near HBL, Rawalpindi.
